Mould isn't a cleaning job - it's a building-science problem. We contain the affected zone, deal with the moisture source, physically remove contaminated material (encapsulating only what genuinely can't be accessed), and close the job out with post-works sampling analysed by a NATA-accredited lab. Crews run from Wangara in Perth and from Karratha, so metro buildings and remote sites in the Pilbara get the same method and the same report. Commercial, industrial and government sites only.

We remediate to the AS-IICRC S520:2025 principle: physical source removal under containment - mould is removed, not fogged, painted over or just treated - then the space is sampled back to a normal fungal ecology. We'll tell you straight which response your situation actually needs.
