Not every duct can be brought back with a clean. Where insulation has failed, joints are leaking or the duct is too contaminated to clean, we assess it, scope the repair or replacement and manage the job. Fabrication, installation and commissioning are done by licensed mechanical contractors we engage, and we clean and photograph the system before handover.

What's included in the scope
Every engagement is delivered to a documented standard. These are the inclusions you can expect to see itemised on your scope of works and reflected in the close-out pack.
- Condition survey and repair-or-replace recommendation (PMS)
- Duct fabrication and installation by licensed mechanical contractors
- Sealing and insulation to specification
- Airflow balancing and commissioning by the installing contractor
- Before and after photos (PMS)
- Handover pack with the contractor's commissioning records and warranty
When cleaning isn't enough.
Some ductwork can be brought back with a repair. Some is past it - and keeps costing you in leaks, energy and air quality until it's swapped. Here's how we call it.

Every recommendation comes with the reasoning and a fixed price, so you only replace what actually needs it. Licensed contractors do the replacement and commission the system at handover.
