What we were asked to do

Rio Tinto's Peninsula Palms accommodation needed a full internal renovation across 160 rooms. The brief was to strip the rooms back to a clean, sound substrate that the renovation contractor could pick up from - with no surprises, no missed contamination, and no asbestos cross-contamination.
